I bloody missed it!!!!

My childminder and OH have both assured me that yesterday Lucas stood unaided, briefly, and took a few independent steps..... Today? NOTHING! He's happily going round and round the coffee table with his walker but won't do anything else. I feel cheated but I'm so excited and will be persevering! Watch this space

If he genuinely did stand/walk then I'm sure he'll do it again soon. I'm just going to be a helicopter mummy all weekend Lol!

My LO didn't do any more unaided steps for two days after her first. What encouraged her was having me and OH sit on the floor and beconning her to walk between us. She went from two steps to twelve in a matter of minutes, and then didn't stop!

Well, he's stopped being a monkey he did one or two steps yesterday but just now he walked a good 20, totally independently. Finally I could cry haha x
