I feel blue

I was still holding onto hope that this "could" be the month... But alas, at 12 dpo I got a surprise early AF (3 days early) with no advanced warning. NOT the christmas present I was hoping for! Which I guess means I O'd early. According to my opks I O'd on cd12 of a normally 26 day cycle. That seems normal to me but if I don't O till later in my cycle normally then I'm completely confused. I guess next months opks will help me get a better handle on when I normally O. (This is my first month using them) I guess I should start temping too...
Anyhow, just wanted to vent a little. May the rest of you have better luck this month!
