i fell down the stairs

i feel down the stairs at dinner time not been back long now dislocated shoulder, banged back , pelvic bone and tummy, they gave me morphine to reduce the shoulder and gas and air does anyone know if this can do long term damage to baby?


all i want to do is cry now

Ouch!!! I'm sure they wouldn't have put you on morphine if it would harm the baby though, and they woulda told you if the fall coulda potentially hurt it as well. I'm sorry to hear this happened, get well soon!

Probably, it makes you pretty out of it if I can recall. One thing I know for sure is - pregnancy can make you weepy! haha, i cry at everything these days, don't feel bad

Sorry to hear that - hope you are feeling less sore soon. Morphine is fine - I had an emergency appendix op at 20 weeks and I had a general anaesthetic and morphine afterwards - it will do no damage.

had very little sleep oh being great last night, cried all night got contractions but nothing rgular thank you girls for seeing me through this i am a wreck at mo dont know why.
