We had our planning permission refused today I thought we had a back up plan in place, but it looks like we don't. We have a 1 bed flat we can't sell as we took out a 100% mortgage with a loan attached to it so are pretty screwed. So we either have to pay yet more money out on plans and building regs or call it quits.
I just don't know what to do my head is telling me to stop throwing money at it and cut our losses but I love our little flat and want to stay here.
Hubby thinks we should keep at it but we've spent out over £1,00 on bugger all and we just don't have that kind of cash to keep throwing at it. I feel so useless, what makes it worse is I'm so desperate for another baby but we just can't do that until our living situation is better.

Sorry for the rant but hubby has had enough of me!

Could you not rent your flat out and rent somewhere else to live until your morgage is paid off and you can sell and buy somewhere else?

We wouldn't make enough on it to cover the mortgage. Which is shit! But thank you x
