i think im having a misscarriage i was 4weeks 3days and started bleeding yestaday no cramps but feels like af quick question do i date my ticker from when i started bleeding yestaday and my cycle is normally 28 days but ob coz i was preg af didnt come till 32 days do i still do my ticker as a 28 day cycle i know these things happen im still feeling pretty sad

So sorry for your loss! I counted my D&C as CD1 of my next cycle but I was at 9 weeks, so I just wrote off the pregnancy "cycle" so to say. I would count the first day of your bleeding as CD1 for your next cycle. Hope you get a sticky bean soon! Sorry again for your loss!
