I Had A Dream

So last night I had a dream me and my cousin was at my house, but I was in the bathroom POAS. The result of the test was positive and I was seen smiling and looking at the test in disbelief. My cousin is the only person I confide in about things, but I'm wondering can this dream be a sign. Hopefully a good one.
