I had a fall, should I be worried?

Hi Ladies

On Monday I took a tumble down the stairs at home, went down on my back/left side and didn't hit tummy at all. I have got a very bruised arm and had a stiff neck for a few days, but not much else is hurting so I wasn't worried at the time.
I'm only worried now as my CM has really increased this week and is a different colour, it's not brown or red, just a really dark yellow. Do you think I should mentuion it to the midwife? I have my 12 week scan on the 22nd so not long to wait, just paranioa is starting to set in a little bit

I think white/yellow CM is normal. You can always ask your midwife, if you are unsure.

i would tell your midwife anyways hun she will put your mind at rest might even send you 4 scan to make sure eveything is fine xx
