i had my little Oliver last Saturday! yay...I am a mommy!

Hi girls

So i havent been on in awhile because i am busy being a new mommy! I still cant believe he is finally here...

I had my scheduled c section last saturday (jan 7th) and it went really well. It was scary at the beginning (the spinal was a mess as they went in the wrong spinal space initially and it hurt like hell) but once they got going he was out literally within 10 minutes of me going numb. He is a perfect little guy, 6 lb 2 oz and 19 inches. OH got to stay with him while they were cleaning him up and finishing my surgery and he was up by my head until i had to be wheeled to recovery. Overall it was a pretty pleasant experience and now I am home spending time with my little family...I love it!
If anyone can tell me how to post a pic from my phone i would love to show off my little guy

Congratulations!! Wishing you a speedy recovery

When I had my c-section with DD I was recommended to eat 1-2 kiwi fruit a day as they are supposed to be good to aid healing and it also helps keep your BMs regular which saves any wound pain when you go!! I don't know if this is any help to you but just thought I'd share.
