i had the most awful sad upsetting dream last nite i cantget over it :-(

A bit o/t but thought if i got it off my chest i mite forget about it cos its still upsetting me now i keep crying
Last nite i had a dream that my little girl wasnt well so i called for the doctor to come and visit her and he said there is nothing wrong with her but i will take her with me to watch her for you (strange i know) so off the doctor whent with bubs.
A few hours later (dream time) the doc came knocking on my door saying its my fault your baby has died i knew she was going to die but i did nothing about it the doctor told me he had ben arested etc so off he whent to rot in jail then someone came to get us to take us to the hosp to see our baby girl and there she was all serene and quiet flying with the angels and my baby in my dream was exactly my alexa no differance between real and dream baby at all
so ive been sat awake since god knows what time watching her i darent leave her for 2 seconds incase something happens and to make it worse she has the past few hours gotten a bit poorly she has been screaming the house down since 11am and wont feed she is napping at the moment but im really worried now

im scaring myself into thinking this dream is going to come true cos it was os realistic please everyone tell me to pull myself togeather and stop being stupid lol

Vivid dream like that are horrible arent they? It often takes a few days for you to forget about them.

I think many of us have had dreams similar hun. I know i did. And i felt just like you do.

I know how you feel! I have had many dreams about my LO that are horrible and I wish would just go away. You just need to remember that it was a dream, not reality. Try not to worry so much, i know its hard

I believe dreams are your unconscious mind's way of processing your thoughts and anxieties. This dream probably means you are anxious about your baby. It doesn't in any way mean it is going to come true. I am a teacher and before the start of each term I have the same dreams about having classes of kids who are just rioting and I can't control them no matter what I do. This has never happened but obviously I worry that it might which is why I dream it. Also I have read that if you dream about death it doesn't mean that death is going to happen.

^^ i once red that if you dream of death it means there will be a birth close to you e.g family or close family member :-/ hope its not me lol

When I was pregnant hun, I always dreamed about miscarrying It was horrible, But it was only because I was worrying about it in the day. I Had my healthy baby boy on the 7th of august x
