4 solid months of teething, tooth #7 is through and 8 and 9 are on their way. I need a fucking break I'm losing my mind  I can't manage on no sleep for much longer

:hugs: Try and nap when you can. I hate teething too, Robyn's got four back teeth coming through, and pretty much every night for the two weeks she has woken up screaming, after an hour of playing and cuddles she'll go back to bed with a bottle after about an hour though. Also finding her a lot more grumpy, drives me up the wall, veryyy stressy, especially when we're out in public and she decides to start screaming.

I'm assuming you've tried calpol and teething gels and powders? Not finding anything helps him? A little calpol if he wakes in the night might help (if you're not trying that already) Hope his teething calms down soon for you both.

xoxox

Same here! Plus she always gets a cold when she's teething. :( Hope Noahs naughty teeth come through soon!

:Hugs: to you, mama! Teething is such a hard time. Just remember that this won't last forever. Hang in there.

Awe poor thing I know how you feel Jaymee is teething right now so Badly and wont sleep hard wont really nap either. I wish teething didnt have to happen or that we could take their Pain away,

I hate it too. I can see 6 teeth coming through, they have been their for a while.
Have u tried using anbesol? Iv got that and its really good, plus u can still give him paracetomol with that as well
x

I HATE teething too.. my poor baby.. she kept crying last night & I gave her calpol and she settled straight away so think its her teeth :( xx

The twins have been teething for a while now, but still no teeth! I can see the bumps but they're taking their time! Sooooo much dribble, everything gets soaked and they have really bad red rashes on their faces from all the dribbling :(

Problem is they started teething pretty early going by their adjusted age, so they don't understand how to use their hands yet and can't put any teethers or anything in their mouth! And I'm getting through the teething gel sooo quickly cos I've got two of them!

Luckily though, they're still sleeping through the night, so I'm not going to complain too much, I can't imagine what its like getting no sleep! xxxx

Arghh i hate it too!
Aliyah has been teething since about 6 weeks! She had a tooth come through at 7 but its a back tooth! Now i can see loads under the gums about to come through and now she has really bad poo's and screaming and putting her hands in her mouth and she doesn't settle at all easily at night anymore.Once she is asleep she does sleep through though..Until the 4 month regression hits :/ lol x

I actually was thinking this the other day! Noah got his first 2 teeth at 4 months and he couldnt use a teething ring then. I could hold it in his mouth and he'd occasionally chew it but its not really ideal. He could only hold it, keep hold of it, bring it to his mouth and chew at 7 months! So i think its a bit silly they're advertised for 4 months. Rattles and stuff too, he could only keep hold of and shake at 7 months, so yeah... Getting distracted now :haha: you are soooo lucky they both sleep through! I always pictured nights with twins as an absolute nightmare.. one would drop off, the other would wake up type thing! xx

Lor i have tried it all! :( We got ibuprofen yesterday from the docs which actually seemed to do some good :D He only woke at around 11pm, then 4am, then about 6.30am. Which in comparison to every half hour is a big improvement. Also (i didnt know this :haha:) you can alternate between the ibruprofen and calpol so you can give one or the other every 2 hours instead of every 4.

Has anyone else tried bickie pegs? I found them to be really good  lol at me giving advice on my own rant thread x

i hate it too and aiden doesn't even have his first tooth yet! he has been teething since 5 weeks old! :( wish they would bloody hurry up and come through!

I agree, teething sucks! Lane has had teeth since about 3 months but now he is getting tons more. I know what helps is if you rubs there gums for a little while, it helps them and the teeth come through

Alfie has no teeth still!! I can see the front two in his gums though, and one of his canines looks quite 'there' but still none! Tbh he doesn't really moan about them though but since reading this im dreading them coming through lol :(

Awhh Anna i really feel for you :hugs: Teething is hard at the best of times, but poor you having to go to college and work your ass off every day :( You're a soldier :)

Esmee has two teeth coming through and she hasn't been too bad (although her poops are like clay ) it's not been too difficult... yet!

Keep your chin up hunni, you're doing a fantastic job :hugs:
xxxx

:( my lil man is teething at the minute also, hes got tooth numbers 7 and 8 coming through and hes not a happy bunny! Hes still up now actually :/ (10pm) everytime I put him down he just whinges, hes got a cold and cough aswell tho so it really doesn't help!

We have been using a concoction of calpol, ibuprofen, anbasol and olbas oil LOL and it still isn't really working :/ just riding it out....I had a total of 2 n half broken sleep last night, not good!! Hoping that he will sleep better tonight cause i've kept him up....he doesnt look tired at all though...aargghh lol!!

Hope all peggies are through soon and our babies are back to their normal selves!!
x

just wondering if your babies have teething rashes, and if so, how bad are they? frazers isnt so bad anymore, just a bit of redness, but maxxie has got big red rashes, blistering and his skin is peeling off. he doesnt complain about it too much apart from when you try to wipe dribble off his chin and you have to dab it gently...

im gonna post a pic soon (they're sleeping atm yaaay) so you can see his sad little face :(

also...what creams do you recommend? ive used E45 cream but thats not very good, sudocrem works quite well, but if there are any other then would like to know :) xxxxx

Teeth are horrible :hugs:. I hope they come through soon hun! Evelyn has two red lumps at the front and has made her fingers sore from chewing. Poor babas.

We have 8 teeth now!

Do babies really teethe that early?!
They can teethe from birth apparently ;)

Gem that rash sounds nasty :( noah doesnt get rashes really so dont know about cream but i have heard E45 is really good, my little brother used to use it for his eczema xx
