I have a couple odd concerns. (Long. Please help!)

My baby boy could come any day now, and I'm very excited but also scared! I've tried out my manual breast pump a few times to see if I could get some contractions going (no avail so far!) and when I use it I usually get some colostrom out. But my left nipple seems to respond/produce more than my right. My right nipple also looks a bit different than my left. I used to have my nipples pierced but took them out a few months after finding out I was pregnant, and sometimes if I squeeze some white discharge comes out of the holes where the barbell used to be. It doesn't seem infected though. There's another spot on that nipple that if I squeeze some white stuff comes out. Anyone had this? This nipple also just looks different in the middle but I can't really explain how over BnB.
Another concern I'm starting to have is that breastfeeding will make me feel uncomfortable. When I use my breast pump I get the weird feeling in my stomach like I feel I'm doing something bad. I think it's maybe because I usually enjoy having my nipples stimulated during foreplay and such, and I'm afraid that when I try to feed baby it will feel like that? It really worries me and makes me feel ashamed. Did anyone else ever feel like this? Sorry for prattling on, but any advice would be much appreciated!

Hi I'm no nipple expert! but I also wondered would it be wierd when I started bf'ing and I have to tell you No it isn't! Tbh you'll b so tired, so desperate to get the right latch and so worried if you're baby is getting enough as ur their only source of nutrition- that you'll forget they were ever used for something else! Ha ha!

Ive had my nips pierced and ive had the same "white stuff" from the right side. I think its from one part of the piercing either not closing fully, or healing strange lol. I have no supply issues or leaking issues either. I think the feeling you get are because its new sensation..i remember feeling the let down was tingly and that was a new one for me. But once your baby is actually nursing that weirdness goes out the window and all your worries about BFing being sexual go out the window.

About the piercing... I get the same white stuff out of my ear piercings and I was pierced 20 years ago. I figure it just must be build-up of skin cells and not infection. They look and feel fine.

Don't worry about nipples looking different, mine just happen to look completely different. The baby can learn to latch onto them fine, although my baby latches really well on one side and on the other side it always gets pinched at first.

I believe that sensation in yoour stomach could be some uterine contractions. I got them from the get-go pumping. My doctor said that's what they were. I still get them now.

I thought I would feel that weird feeling when I fed my baby, but I didn't at all! I actually get the feeling when my OH touches my nipples now instead - it seems creepy and wrong. Not majorly but I have to really think past it and pretend my boobs aren't milk bags to relax and enjoy another adult touching me there.
