I have lost weight

I think I must have been around 10st and a size 14 and was soo unhappy wit the way I looked and how I also felt. I am now back in my size 12's but we have no scales in the house so I am unsure what I actually weigh. But I am so happy because I couldn't even get into twelves about 4-5 weeks a go now I can and I am sooo happy
