I have my 25 week appointment

With my midwife next week and I'm slightly nervous... Anyone else had this yet? And will you be able to shed some light on what happens.. Thank you!

hi guys. i had my 25 week appointment yesterday and to be honest it isnt very different to any other appointments with the midwife. she tested my urine, did my blood pressure then had a feel at my bump. We had a little listen to the baby and checked his heartbeat and my pulse. i also got my health in pregnancy grant paper work to send off and my mat b1 to give to my employer. hope this helps you both xx

your both welcome. im totaly the same i have to no whats goin to happen. my next appointment is at 28 week, my midwife says theyl be taking bloods again so she made the appointment for lunchtime to make sure iv eaten . hope all goes well for you both.xx

I had the same as above really.

I dont think she checked my blood pressure though she felt my belly and listened to babies HB she wanted check my urine but i forgot a sample as every other appointment shes never checked it!

and i was given the form for the 190 grant

Aw thank you! I'm actually dreading giving blood at my 28 week appointment as they have difficulty getting it out and it fricken hurts when they prod around... x

OK I had mine today went in she checked my urine, checked my BP, measured my bump (which is measuring small but she said it was only because my little man turned and was lying sideways ), listened to his HB while he kicked the Doppler

She then gave me my HIPG form and we talked about my aches and pains and that was all xxxx
