Oh wow. So, one of my mates called in the week to say the was going to pop around at about 7pm for a catch up. So I'll be honest, this afternoon I wasn't in the mood, but my hubby seemed to be encouraging me to relax and was keen for the step kids to be eaten and chilled before 7 pm which seemed odd.
Anyway, 7pm comes and hubby is keen for me to be in the living room relaxed, and then my friend arrives, we are chatting for a minute and then she goes ' girls' and 7 of my closest mates burst in with flowers, gifts and hugs!
Bless them, they bought food, drinks and goodies and oh went upstairs with the kids.
I've been spilt rotten and I'm so lucky!! I have the best friends ever!!
