Just dont think about them to much in regards to it actually being it. I kept doing that everyday and kept getting really disappointed. Walking and bouncing is defo recommended.

I've been going through something similar hun since Weds when I lost a lot of my plug, so can sympathise with you - it's horrible waiting isn't it. Hang in there hun, they will both be with us soon I'm sure xxx
