I just fell with Jamie in my arms. Luckily I managed to stop him for hitting the ground. But what if I couldn't I feel so guilty and I've really hurt my leg. I kind did the splits. I'm in tears cos what if I fell on him sorry I'm having a really sensitive day as it is

My leg is throbbing. Im gonna have a nice big bruise on mu knee now kept thinking what if I had broken it... It's just me and Jamie in the house and OH won't b in until 6! Jamie just started laughing at me when I was crying... No sympathy eh! Lol x

I fell down the stairs with Elliott and he hit his head on the skirting board. I felt so guilty! It happens to all of us.x

I was putting LO in the cot once and tripped, ended up nearly dropping her and caught her foot on the side of the cot when I landed on it.

It happens to us all, and i think instinct makes us hold on to them tighter as we fall to minimise damage!

Don't blame yourself chick

I fell down the stairs while holding the moses basket with baby in she wasn't even a week old But she wasn't hurt I made sure she was ok as I was falling (as you do when you fall )

Horrid to experience but most times Mummy is worse than LO take a deep breathe. Your not the only one to have done it and won't be the last. I slipped down some wooden stairs with my 1st only days old, I was devastated but she was 100% fine even though I was not lucky enough to stop her sliding from my arms

i have a condition where i lose controle of my legs and we have a stair gate at the bottom of the stairs i keep locked when im on my own with her as i dont like carrying her up the stairs, well 1 day the gate got left open dont know how but it did seen her up the stairs ran up 2 get her on my way down my legs caved in we hit the floor like a sack of spuds well she was in tears cos i was crying my mum came around and we relized she wasnt hurt she was upset cos i was crying i felt terrible lol.
