I literally think I'm going to go crazy!

I posted a few days ago asking if I should test based on my period being a day or two late. Well I went ahead and did test yesterday. 3 days past expected af. It was a bfn. well today my ewcm has grown in amount!? 9-12dpo I had a lot, then 13-17dpo it decreased to just a little bit each day then today I had a ton again!? Especially after working out. Should I test again!? I'm just really confused. My only symptoms are exhaustion and then today I ate chick fil a which I always get their buffalo sauce with but tonight it just smelled like throw up to me and I couldn't eat it. Actually I made my husband throw it away and take the trash out 😁 should I wait to test again?! This not knowing is seriously going to make me crazy! Help!!

We've been ttc for about a year and a half and that's me too! Lol but I have wasted a lot of money doing it also so I'm trying to get better!
