Ooh dear! Do you take a fibre supplement? I don't know what you have over there, but I used Benfibre. I just have a bit in my morning tea and some on my cereal every day and I'm good to go! Have you tried anything like that?
Ok, it took me a while to figure out that you meant "straining" and not "staining" I was wonder why you were planning on doing it in your pants
I don't drink coffee, but I find if I do it makes me go... and I'll eat All Bran cereal if I need some help! Dried mango also works for me.
