I need a healthy eating plan for pregnancy. Can anyone help?

Omg they are AMAZING! They are keeping the nausea away like nothing else has as long as I keep nibbling, but they're pretty healthy, packed with protein and so small that I can keep picking without actually eating that much. I am sooooooo happy!:haha:

You did this on the stovetop? Sort of like you would do popcorn? (i don't really know what dry fry means)

I'm so glad i was able to rev your memory! I freaking love seeds.
 
Yeah I just put pumpkin, sesame, sunflower and cumin seeds in a frying pan on the stove top without any oil, and heated them until they pop a bit, then added soy sauce and chili powder, paprika and whatever you want, and keep heating until the soy dries up. :)
