To chart you need a BBT thermometer that reads 0.01 mot 0.1 then if you click on my chart in my sig sigh up to fertility friend and then each morning when you wake up pop your thermometer in your mouth then go on ff and put it in that is all there is so charting. You have to wake at the same time each day after 3 hrs of sleep min

Pretty much what she said^^ It's VERY important to take your temperature at the same time every morning as soon as you wake up (before you get up or even speak). An hour can sometimes make a degree difference, which is crucial to temping. A good tip is to pick a time you usually wake up (or an hour before) & set an alarm every night. www.fertilityfriend.com is a great site for charting, it's very helpful and pretty much does everything for you. Lots of sticky baby dust :hugs: xx

Two I know that are good are the BD basal body thermometer *can get online* and the CVS brand purple BBT. They are both around $10-13. I use the CVS one and have never had a problem with it. It's lasted about 6-7 months of everyday use (still going strong) and have heard nothing but good things about it. The only drawback is that the background doesn't light up, which can be annoying if it's dark. You can always shine your phone on it though and it does have the "remember" thing when you turn it back on, but it only flashes for like a second lol. I like it a lot and def recommend it. xx
