am about 2 to 3 dpo, I think? I have average 32 or 33 day cycles and im on cd 20.. im having pretty bad sharp stabbing pain lasting a few seconds around my left ovary I'd day? Not that I know exactly where my ovaries are buying that area.. I do get cysts, does this sound like a cyst or anything pregnancy related?

Doesn't sound pregnancy related to me, usually anything pregnancy related is more of a dull cramping, like AF, not a sharp stabbing pain.

I'd guess you've perhaps ovulated later than you think and these are ovulation pains. I often get one sided stabbing pains when i ovulate x

Ugh so I definitely think it was o, seems like my cervix just closed today..and we bd'd last on the 6th (hubby hurt his back and he wouldnt budge lol) so im afraid with not bding on actual o day I feel like im out this month how likely is it that the swimmers stayed alive an entire 24 +hours?
