I need some help! I am really confused!

I have no idea where I am in my cycle.

AF was September 13

My body says I o'd on Sunday/Monday last week 28/29th

Cycle is roughly 29 days, been 29 days for 5 months.

If I am right (this time) I am 8 dpo. I think I am testing (again) on Thursday 11dpo Oct. 9th

AF is due on Sunday October 12th.

Am I right this time? I can't figure out how I messed it all up!!!

I think I will get one answer or another between the 8th and 13th.
