i normally get sore boobs befor my cycle but i didnt!?

me and my partner had sex on the 8th day after my period and i normally get tender boobs before my cycle but i didnt. i did come on my period and im on day one now and i have very bad cramps. also im getting a stich in my hips alot even when im just walking...not normal for me at all. and i do get times where i feel quite sick!!?
please give me some advise im desperate xx

Not sure tbh hun, maybe it is just a case of doing a test on the day you are due.......how long is your cycle because I ov on day 11 of my cycle so you could of ov depending on how long you cycle is?!?!?!?!

its normally 6days...on and 21 -26 day break...i had twinges in my overys the day after x
