Here's my scan from today at 12+6. I think I see a nub although I'm not 100%. Initially I thought it was pointed up but I'm not so sure now, looks more parallel to the base of the spine. I'd love to hear people's opinions.

The more I look the more I think what I'm looking at isn't a nub at all however there may be on on this pic.
