I think we missed my egg

When I put today's temps in ovu friend and ff this morning, both gave me crosshairs for weds.
Based on my average cycle, I thought I would be ovulating Today.
We bd'd on Saturday, weds, thurs, fri but couldn't earlier in the week since I was night shifts and hubby was afternoon shifts (we didn't see each other )
So we bd'd the day I supposedly o'd, but I read that sperm capacitation takes 10 hrs so sex the day before o is the best time to get pregnant.

Sigh.

Anyone get pregnant for sex 4 days before o?

I'm feeling very disappointed today.

when the ovulation happens the egg stays alive for 24 hours!i wouldnt say you missed the chance if you bd the day of ovulation!

Still think your in with a good chance sperm can live inside the women for 3/5 days depending on the right conditions. Good luck.xxx

This morning ovufriend moved my o date to thurs, which means we bd'd one day before, day of and one day after!
Ff did not move it though.

I'll believe ovufriend since it makes me feel more positive about our chances!
