i want to try 1/2/3 months before wedding but scared

We're getting married in June 2011. I am so desperate to have a baby but really don't want to be too fat/too pregnant for my wedding dress (kind of shallow I know) it's not just that - but i'm studying and we're also finishing off the house to go on the market too.

So ideally i'd like to come off the pill 3 months before the wedding, but I'm so scared I'll have an early mc again and it will ruin our big day .

It's not fair. This would have never past my mind before but now I am so scared.

We are getting married in may 2011, and we wanted to try before hand, we were thinking march time, but my fiancé sister has just had a missed mc, and seeing what she has been through I am now unsure too.

Also know what you mean about your dress, I`ve seen one I like with a lace up back with the hope that if we do decide to try before and I do fall, then this will give me a little flexibility!! Rather than a mad panic, that the dress won`t`t fit!

So sorry about the MC first of all. I have bever been pregnant but I too am getting married in June 2011 and we are also talking about trying 1-2-3 months before the wedding! My big fear is that it will work and I will gain weight (not fit into my spectacular dress) or be really sick and not be able to enjoy my day. No real imput for you, but just some sympathy as I am going through a similar situation!

I think if you're so scared you will have a miscarriage and it will ruin your wedding day, then you should wait. I always think that if you're having doubts about something then you should wait til you don't have any. Focus on your wedding day and marriage and the baby will come when you're ready!

After a chat last night with the DH we have decided to wait till the month of the wedding to start to try...what's a few extra months? It won't be worth the worry... x
