I've only just joined the bloody surgery last week and can see me getting banned already at this rate. Speaks to me like that again and I shall slap her upside the head; I don't even let doctor's speak to me like that!!

My old surgery where I'd been since birth the receptionists were lovely, since moving to Birmingham.. I have experienced the nasty Dr's receptionist stereotype.. what cows.. they always look and speak to me like I shouldn't be there...

Well as I used to be a receptionist and now i am a medical secretary, I can safely inform you we turn into worst bitches as we move in the world a bit hehe. In our training they tell us we have all knowledge and that the doctors are just there to look good and professional with their briefcases (which I add tend to contain a nintendo ds or portable tv to watch)

I used to live in Barnsley, now that is far more embarrassing! I live in Sheffield now, which is a little better than Barnsley but only very slightly....
