IB or AF on its way ??

Hi I wonder if anyone can help. This is my first post so I apologies in advance. We have been TTC for over a year.
I am currently 9DPO. Yesterday at 8DPO I noticed a little light brown discharge, only when I wiped, or wiped inside. The inside wipe was brown and 2 bitss tringy like (sorry if tmi) there is still a little today but only if I wipe right inside.
Yesterday I also woke up feeling sick and had a blinding headache, my temperature also dipped yesterday and today.
I have been having strange light cramp like feelings and I keep feeling like AF is on its way.
Also my boobs have been very painful since 5DPO and my nipples feel bruised.
This morning I woke up with cramp in my left leg !!! very strange !!
Can someone please help explain what might be going on. Thanks in advance.

it could be implantation bleeding, implantation usualy occurs around 7/10 days after ovulation, which can result in very mild spotting.

Could be ib. I started getting brown cm at 13 DPO and the next day I found out I am pregnant

I agree! Sounds like ib. Wait 3 days before testing. (that's how long it took after my ib) Gl!
