idk what to think!! ugh. need opinions!!

Alright, ladies. I have PCOS, on CD 45. Cycles have been regular and good the past few, 28 - 32 days. Been NTNP, not paying much attention to BD days, etc. All I know is I'm CD 45, was ready to test just to start Provera with a clear conscience.. and I may have got a second line! I usually start thinking about taking Provera around CD 40 as I assume is an anov cycle and I want to move on.. Now, don't get me wrong, this would be the absolute best thing ever in my life, we've TTC for many years; had IUI's and BFNs forever. (find my journal, I'm not a newbie to TTC by far) So I'm skeptical. I wonder if this is an evap or a fluke. I have no symptoms, wasn't expecting or even madly hoping for a BFP - so this just feels too good to be true.

This is an "Assured" brand test from dollar tree. Nothing special, I can't find online how sensitive this test is. I took it with SMU (forgot to use FMU, wasn't in a testing mindset) and it was a small amount of urine anyways. So I just don't know. It all seems/sounds flukey to me. But, I've had 10 million BFN that are stark white, so this little test keeps me wondering...

what do you guys think!??! I'll test tomorrow with another of the same brand as I bought 2, and if tomorrow's has a line I'll get FRER/Digi. But, in my head, I feel like tomorrow's will be negative and I'll be down in the dumps yet again, and it will be another case of "no, my body is just messed up". this line is pink IRL and seems legit.. but i just can't imagine me of all people having a surprise BFP.

Thanks guys!! I know I see the line, I just can’t believe it if it makes sense! I feel so weird. It just sucks not knowing how far DPO I am, if this is an early line or if it should be darker. With PCOS my o day is all over the place or just MIA altogether. Feels like for some reason it’s too good to be true or won’t last. Oh the rollercoasters of TTC and NTNP!
