if i need to be induced, can i still have a home birth? i really don't want to go to hospital unless i really have to.

Not as far as I know as the hormones that are administered need to be given by a dr not midwives...hence why inductions are done in hospitals and not in birthing centres.

Also that with an induction there are increased risks of needing other interventions.

No, you'll have to be induced in hospital. You have to be monitored frequently so it cant be done at home.

I won't allow you to be induced as i need you to have a home birth to tell me all about it!!!!!!!!! :happydance:
