Thank you yes I would say yday aswell. But I've seen a few people say cycle day is from full flow day :/ so confusing lol x

day 1 is first day of full flow so if it was midnight i would be inclined to day1 today

I used a fertility test on CD 3 and I was wondering the same thing about when CD 1 was for me since it came at 10pm. The test instructions said that CD 1 was the first day of bleeding whether it started at 6am or 11pm. 12am would have been the next day anyway, so if you bled before 11pm count yesterday as CD 1.

I just re-read your post. You said you were spotting only? I guess it depends how light the spotting was. For me I spotted on a Saturday, then started bleeding at 10pm on Sunday, so I counted Sunday as CD 1.

Well I was bleeding a fair bit b4 midnight my periods are never heavy any way x
