I think you can. I'm fairly certain theres a way you can stimulate your breasts to lactate so you can still breastfeed your LO :D I'm not entirely sure how, but I've heard of it.

Anybody in here know anything?
 
I'm sure a drug called domperidone can be used successfully for this reason. I'm taking it for low supply with great success but some in the uk have problems getting it as it isn't licensed here for that purpose. Not sure what the status is in your area but definitely worth checking out.

It's an anti sickness drug, a side effect of it seems to be increased milk production, and milk production for those not currently lactating.

You can also do feeds through an at breast supplementer such as the Medela SNS or the Lact-Aid (actually invented by a woman that adopted and wanted to breastfeed, it's a lovely story on their website). The stimulation is meant to trigger milk production.
