it was probably just a phase and now youve got in a cycle of her picking up on the fact you are tense cos as soon as your partner leaves you think she's gonna start, and so that makes her like it even more, and it just goes round and round.
maybe try doing some fun stuff together try and take your mind off thinking the time is going to be difficult
