I'm 13 dpo now. Im happy because my LP is typically less than 10 days and I haven't had any spotting this cycle. Im hoping vitex will regulate me each month.

No, I'm not charting temps. It just causes more anxiety for me. We just DTD everyday in my fertile window and hope for the best.

My cycles are either messed up or finally regulating. All last year, up to October, my cycles were anywhere between 30-34 days with a 12 day LP. Since October, my cycles have been 28, 27, 27, 26. This is insane. My LP is 11 days now, which means I ovulate on day 15. This is insane. I've never had cycles this short. Maybe it's because my cycles were messed up from high testosterone and low progesterone? Omits super strange.

Hey ladies. This AF has been super easy. The flow has been medium at the heaviest. Cramps have been minimal. I'm glad though.

I'm 16dpo now. Still bfn. No spotting or signs of af. At least I know that the supplements I'm on are working to extend my luteal phase lol. (Vitex, maca, B complex)
