I'm getting sick AGAIN!

4 weeks ago I had a slight fever, it never went above 100 but I was down for a few days yesterday I woke yp with a runny nose and this morning my throat is dry and scratchy. I have a cold.

I can't win! And idk what to do.

I can't take regular medicine.

I can't stop getting sick! I'm trying to eat healthy but will all day naseau its hard to eat anything.

What do I do? What can I take?

From what I've heard at that point they just want you to eat, even if it's not 'healthy' I had a friend who dropped 10lbs in her first 5 months. They said "Eat whatever!" When I saw her next she was eating a donut and finally gained a whole pound. Hope you feel better soon!!

I'm trying but I'm getting so fustrated with this cold

When I cough I. Nearly puke, when I nearly puke or puke I cough, I'm so sick I can't eat but when I do eat I feel sick 10 minutes later, but even thinking about food makes me nearly puke.

I'm so fustrated. I just want to eat,, feel good and do good by this baby but I can't do any of that.
