I just got in from it....went out at 7.30 am in a blizzard to go for my scan....roads were awful but better now!!

I'm staying put. I've got a horrible cold so going out in such bad weather is not an option for me. Plus I'm so clumsy, I'm too scared of falling over in it.

Took me an 8 kettles and about 30 litres of hot tap water to free my car wheels this morning as thet were just spinning on snow and ice! An hour of trying and baby was not happy at being so cold, big kicks!
On the plus side....WOOHOOOO, school closed so day off!!!!! HURRAY for snow.

we had a slight covering here in Leicester, I think it's mostly ice now.
I was going to walk over to my mums which is about 10 mins away to see my brother as it's his birthday but my mum goes "you want to walk here on the ice, halfway pregnant?! I don't think that's safe do you?" lol so i'm going to get a lift there tomorrow from my inlaws.
