Anyone who has read my previous threads will have seen my internal struggle with my 20wk old not having a bedtime. My Dh works alternate day/night shifts & we have always let her fall asleep feeding, then put her in her cot when we go up to bed, & I have fed her again if she woke.
But in 3 weeks my parents are having her for the day as we're off to the grand prix at Silverstone & whilst we'll hopefully be back late evening I would prefer her to have a time that I can say to them is her bedtime. Plus, I'm sick of the HVs telling me off because she doesn't have a bedtime.
So... When should her bedtime be? She generally has a 20min nap at 6ish, can anyone suggest the gap before bedtime? And any other advice, I'm scared & home alone this week!
