    I need help that end too........it was awful last time :cry: so high fibre was my plan, but I can't stomach the smell of fibrey foods :cry:

    feck knows!!! i was screaming i cant do it oooooooooooooooooooooooow but wud they listen nooooooooooooooooo!!! had a few grazes but nver needed stitches lol hmmm the word bucket springs to mind
