I'M NEW!! Young TTC'er, conceive plus, 2WW and etc.

Hiya!

I'm new here, and I'd love to tell you my name (but can't in case a family member sees this), so let's just call me by my name on here xD

I am almost 18 and a half, and TTC'ing with my boyfriend. This is TTC cycle #1, for baby #1.

Last month, we BD'd around when I noticed my EWCM (and practically every day other than that, though not every day was penetrative sex, or with him ejaculating in me, sorry if TMI!), but unfortunately AF arrived (on Halloween, the absolute last day of the month, preceded by a day of pink spotting), it was mostly light and short, so thought I could be pregnant, but unfortunately, POAS a million times and got

So this month we (more me, LOL) decided to do it properly. I stocked up on OPKs, constantly, and still do, read up on everything pregnancy/TTC, went to the fertility show, bought CP and all that jazz. I have been keeping a calendar since this cycle, recording BD days, cm (sometimes), CD days, DPO and other important stuff.

I started OPK POAS around CD7/8 (didn't write it down for some reason? ) and got a +OPK on CD11. We BDd on that day, using no CP (conceive plus)

CD12 was a strong +OPK, AND a on the CB OPK. I was so overjoyed you'd have thought I'd got a ! Also BDd on this day, with CP. Cervix was very soft, wet and open. Also had OV pains in my left side.

CD13 I got another on CB, we BDd with CP, but as often happens, around 3am (hope that doesn't affect our chances ). I also noticed VERY good EWCM, but OH didn't have sex with me until later, which pissed me off, because by the time he did, my EWCM was gone. I felt like crying, which of course he was baffled by. I also checked my cervix and it getting harder but still felt pretty open. I seem to have a hard lump on it, though?

I have counted CD14 as DPO1, we BDd this day too, also with CP.

CD15/DPO2 AND CD16/DPO3 we didn't BD as OH is ill, but I had excessive amounts of creamy CM when I checked my cervix (sorry if TMI!). Cervix was still open. Hoping the CM is a preg symptom (I know it's too early for implantation but perhaps the hormones let off from fertilisation is having an effect? Or maybe I miscalculated OV?), but I have BV right now (unfortunately, I get BV EVERY time me and OH have sex and he ejaculates in me (TMI, LOL), especially as I stay in bed so sperm doesn't get wasted. SO frustrating when you're TTC. Also worried the PH imbalance will effect the sperm?

Today is CD16 - estimated DPO4. Me and OH BDd about 3AM last night, w/ CP. Also had lots of lotiony and milky CM around cervix, but again don't know if that's the BV or me.

All times BDing I have elevated my hips for five mins at least and stayed in bed/not even peed cos I don't wanna waste the sperm

*MISC - OH mentioned that my bbs seem bigger, had lots of 'pulling' feelings in my uterus, and my bbs are a bit sore today (not massively, though). Cervix is still slightly open.

Hmm, not sure what else. I guess I just wanna know what my chances are. I'd be overjoyed if I got my this month, especially as I have heard good things about Conceive +. The OPKs have been amazing, really helped me to know when I ovulate, as I had no idea, LOL. With all the hip elevating, Conceive + and BDing, I'm praying we caught the egg! i have been trying for 15 months now and im 26 same as my husband, i think if you wanted to talk to people your age there is a teen section but still a lot of younger people on here.

it sounds like you have done all yout research but sounds like your thinking about stuf abit too much, too much checking yout cervix etc you dont just have to have sex when you notice you have ewcm, i think your both young and you just need to have fun and enjoy making a baby, dont stress too much its not good for you.

i dont think i ovulate so thats my problem, im waiting to hear about my next fertility step, im hear anytime you want to chat x

hello wanntingababa, hope you get a BFP soon, what vitamins are you taking? I know it hard but try not to symptom spot as it will drive you crazy after a few cycles because pregnancy symptoms are very close to PMS symptoms, just relax and enjoy the BD'ing, I hope you get a BFP soon, i'm ovulating atm and we are BD'ing as much as possible, hope we all get BFP's. wouldnt it be lovely to have them for xmas *sighs*

Well, it's (estimated) 7DPO today, and my bbs are sore, massive, heavy, full and my nipples have darkened. They have these little spots on them too - Montgomery bumps I think?

I have lots of CM, and feel tired. I am very bloated, and keep getting AF-like cramps and pulling/sharp pains in my uterus. I hope and think it's a this month, but it's too early to test ..

I think it would be wise if you were to relax with TTC. You seem very excited, hopeful and positive (all good things) but if it doesn't happen this month you are going to be crushed.

A perfectly healthy couple only have a 15-25% chance of conceiving every month, it's going to take you an average of 4-7 months to get your BFP (Assuming you are 'textbook').

I would advise if you don't get your BFP this month, next cycle don't do any charting etc and simply have sex every other day (FS advised this with me which on my treatments). This way there will always be a fresh supply of sperm waiting for the eggs release. Make sex fun and not a chore - quite often becomes this.

85% of couples conceive in the first year, 96% conceive within 2, 98% conceive within 3 and less than 1% never conceive. Even if is does take a small while, odds are, it's going to happen.

Good luck and I hope it happens sooner rather than later for you.

I am so confused I know I shouldn't symptom spot, but I can't help it. I am, and have been for most of my 2ww, getting AF-like cramps and she's not due until the end of the month. That, coupled with my copious white/yellowish CM, and sore, heavy, full and large bbs with darkened/enlarged nipples and Montgomery bumps is just making me think I'm pregnant! I don't usually get PMS, just slight cramps the day before she comes so this is confusing me. My OH mentioned the bbs before I even noticed, and it's just making me wonder. I am checking them in the mirror every two seconds, taking pictures of them and everything. My abdomen feels full, and I am bloated. Pressing down on my uterus gives me a sharp pain, and I had pulling/pinching feelings since O day.

PLEASE give me some peace of mind? Have any of you got a with these symptoms?

I hear what you're saying, and I DO know this, as I have done my research, but, unfortunately, 'relaxing' is easier said than done.

After my friend had her first daughter she was on the bcp for 2 years. then when they tried for their second she couldn't get pregnant. they tried for 6 months before giving up and bam. pregnant. morning sickness up the booty before af was even due!

Hi hun I'm also a young ttcer and have been exactly where you are now... every symptom in the book and convinced I was preggo but nope... on cycle 8 now and still no bean
It is so hard not to symptom spot when every little thing going on with your body makes you think you MUST be preggo!
Try everything you can but don't be surprised if it doesn't happen right away hun. I know I was shocked when I didn't get my bfp 1st month but I really hope you get yours quickly!

You certainly have thought about TTC, but it concerns me that you don't want your family to know. Do you still live at home? Have you considered finance, living situations, and what may happen if your boyfriend gets overwhelmed?

I have to agree with BabyDoll123 about school. Currently, I'm WTT because I neither have the finance, nor do I have the educational potential, to be a RESPONSIBLE parent, right now. If I were to become pregnant right now, sure, I know my family would help me. But I can't mooch off my family forever - and really, it's not fair to my parents, to begin with.

Maybe you've got it planned, but I'm just saying. Having a baby is a BIG FUCKING DEAL.

I am 28 love. When i hear these kids saying there want a baby @ 18 i assume that there are really rich and have no form of responsibilities.

I think the crazy show 16 and pregnant on MTV is what is motivating these kids to have kids these young.

I just wish there all get a really good university education and get proper jobs to take care of themselves and baby incase the babydaddy runs off

i just want to put this out there. im 18 and ttc we have our own place and 2 cars we both work 40+ hours i make over 9$ and DH makes over 13$ an hour and i work because i want to not because i have to so me getting pregnant and having to get time off work for a baby would be fine and plus we put money back every week for when i do get pregnant =] not trying to be rude but just getting it out there
