im on cloud 9!

so went and saw the mw today she is so cool me and OH love her she had us in fits of laughter and she was just a really nice lady!
she went through our history gave us a book about pregnancy and freebies and got a big book which she called my pink notes book with everything in it.
then i just been and had a blood test, i see the mw again on the 7th of October she is going to come to my house on my lunch break which is really nice of her!

and the best part of all i got a refferal for a scan so i have booked it for Tuesday the 21st of September at 11 am i am so excited i will be just one day shy of 7 weeks so if all going well we will be able to hear the bubs HB!!

i am on at the moment i just hope wee baby sticks and is nice and healthy!

So glad you like your MW that makes a big difference. I feel a bit unsupported by the medical people I have been seeing. I have a friend who is a midwife and shs been great but the docs are less than interested in hearing my history or letting me explain how I am feeling about my body and whats happening. Needing to find another OBGYN I think.

ANyway, sorry about the tangent rant there.

SO happy for you, hope you get to hear a lovely strong heartbeat!

Congrats hon. Finding a good doctor or mw is crucial and hearing that first hb will definitely put you beyond cloud 9!
