I'm so confused

Okay so I spotting light pink discharge 3 weeks ago Saturday afternoon, I thought it was my period starting but later that night it was gone. Wednesday that week I had light pink spotting when I wiped lasted about 2 hours. I took a HPT that Friday it was negative. The following week I started have the feeling my period was getting ready to start (no cramps) pelvic discomfort, sore and swollen breast and nipples, "wet feeling", back pains, and headache. That lasted 2 weeks with no sign of period I started feeling nausea (gagging after I eat and brush my teeth), craving and increase hunger, more pelvic discomfort (5 on a scale of 1-10), very sore and erect nipples, loss of energy very sleepy and tired, and clear discharge. I took another urine test and got a negative. I don't know what's going on with my body.

So you're a month late ?

Call the Dr and schedule a blood test.

Not to be a downer or trying to scare you, but if you are pregnant with negative tests it could be an ectopic which you would certainly want taken care of as not to suffer internal rupturing.

OR you could be pregnant and just not showing on a HPT or you may have something else going on

I'd try to get blood testing tomorrow if at all possible
