I'm so poorly

I've caught a bug and can't stop sneezing. My nose is bunged up, lips swollen and hurt and everyuscle in my body aches. I tried to get my daughter ready for school an I felt light headed so had to go sit down. I don't know how to function! I don't usually get colds but this is lethal. I hope little bean will be ok through this?

Lots of rest and fluids. Especially fluids peppermint tea is great for blocked nose and general feeling awful especially if honey is added. Our beans are remarkable.

Aw I had a bug 2 weeks ago,too. A netipot and lots of Vicks was my only saving grace! I hope you feel better soon!

Agreed. There are certain decongestants you can take. I didn't. Fluids, rest, and keep your temp within normal range using tylenol
