Im starting Agnus Castus

wasnt sure when to start but i got the angus castus drops and i started taking them today its been 6 days since my AF so im not due to ovulate for another 8 or 9 days will it even help me at this stage?ill give anything a bash

I'm taking B50 complex plus 2 Agnus Castus a day (in the morning). Mine are the Holland and Barrett ones too.

I've started taking it today too. Mine a high strength one from Boots, and it says to ust take one a day. I've not had my first proper period yet since coming off the pill - so will see what happens with this.

Hey ladies , after reading all the positive feedback on agnus castus i have decided to give it a try....however, i'm only taking 1 tablet in AM and 1 in PM instead of the recommended 2 in AM and 2 in PM as I have read some stories on the net where people have had periods of bleeding after af whilst taking it.....thought i'd introduce myself to it gradually!!!! I'm armed with preseed too this month, gonna give those little swimmers the best chance possible of getting my eggy!!!!! Keep me posted on how people are finding it, I am a bit of a worrier when it comes to bleeding between periods (i bled constantly for just over a year whilst on depo injection, it made me quite poorly so it does worry me a bit lol )

evening primrose oil. Can I just check that Agnus castus shouldn't be taken with Clomid? I was prescribed some in January before I found out I was pg... I know I shouldn't start it without talking to my gyane, but just wanted to double check that the 2 don't mix...
