Implanon removed-when to test

my husband and i are trying to conceive baby number 1. i had the implanon removed on 25th june 2014 after having one for 6 years. my periods were still regular on the implanon but cycle 42 days rather than 28 days. I'm currently cd 25 (period started 24th june,and normal). i've had a lot of nausea, bloating, increased urination, and cramps have started for last 2-3 days.I'm just wondering when i should do HPT. i ovulated as i had left sided sharp pain for couple of days. i didn't make note of what that day was as was enjoying myself too much on our honeymoon, but i would say about10 days ago. we've DTD every day since implanon removal apart from two days (which werent consecutive).
