Implant and getting back to normal

Does fertility return to normal as soon as it's out or does it take a while? I've heard different things! Wondering when to get mine taken out.

ive heard it does return straight away (from the nurse when i had mine took out) after the implant is took out but it might take a few months for your cycle to regulate, so it might be harder to get pregnant as you wont know for definite when you are ovulating
