Implant question

Hi Ladies! Hope you are all well

Quick question, I have my postnatal appointment next week - I had a letter through confirming this... but just wondering, can I ask to get the implant fitted while I'm there or do I need to 'book' it in advance?

I would phone ahead and ask them if they would fit it then and there, Just incase they need to allocate you extra time on your appointment to have it fitted or something

Usually you have to book to see a certain nurse but you definitely DO have to book a seperate appointment.

The implant was a god send for me, as I am very forgetful with the pill, but she did it wrong and it hurt a lot when they put it in.
