Implantation bleeding or AF?

I have been TTC for 6 months now. I am 11 DPO and due for AF at 14-15 DPO. Last night I started to spot red/pink and when I woke up this morning I was spotting brown. Since ovulation I have had cramps, twinges in my lower abdomen, nausea and dizziness. Now I feel lightheaded. Can anyone tell me if this is implantation bleeding or AF. So confused.

From what I understand about implantation spotting is that is generally happens around 7DPO, but depending on the person can vary from about 6DPO to 10DPO. I'm no expert, this is just want I found by googling when I had my own question about implantation bleeding.

I had read some where that I can be anywhere up until 12 DPO but after 6 months TTC I am not very optimistic
