Implantation Bleeding or Early AF?

I had shooting vaginal cramps that literally brought me to tears on 9dpo and have been feeling crampy and twingey in my lower abdomen since then. Last night at 12dpo checked my cervix and saw very very light pink thin CM - not red at all. This morning no AF yet. Period is not expected for 4 more days, though my cycle can vary by a couple of days (27-30). FRER yesterday Eve was negative. No temp drop - has remained consistent for the last week.

Light pink spotting Friday night and Saturday (very little - would have never known if I didn't check cervix). Today, Sunday, brown spotting. AF due in 2-4 days (Ovia tells me 4). Another negative FRER this morning with fmu. If I go get my period do I count first day of red flow as CD1 or first day of spotting? I don't usually spot before AF...
