Hi Guys,

I havent posted on here before but i am an avid lurker. Just wanted some advice please?

Here is the story (i'll try to keep it short)...

Me & DH ttc for 6months. This cycle i caved in and used an OPK, came out positive the first day i used it (i was very excited!) and we bd'd that night and following 2 nights. I think i ovulated on the 22nd aug. AF is due today and since friday i have had very light brown/beige spotting, it seems to have stopped now and no cramping or period pain (normally always get it, and achy legs). I did a test this morning and it was a BFN. I also have lower backache (which i never get). Oh and my bbs are always painful for around 1.5 weeks before AF is due but this time around they just started hurting on friday when i started spotting. No other symptoms apart from wanting to throttle DH every time he speaks/does anything/breathes etc.

Do you think this could be implantation bleeding? I never usually have any spotting, normally the floodgates open from day 1 of AF (Sorry!)

Any experiences of IB would be a great help, and have 2 tests (only tesco ones) in my drawer upstairs calling me and was wondering when i should next do one.

Thanks for reading!

Love and baby dust to everyone

hiya!!!
sorry, dont pop in here often but just saw your post. They say implantation bleeds generally happen about 2 weeks after you would have been due your AF.

I had implantation bleeding, i think it was about 16 days after AF. Mine consisted of wiping twice to find some watery pink blood on the tissue and then wiping twice more to find some brown. That was it.

Hi there,

if AF doesn't arrive I'd say for for another test with FMU, fingers crossed it's not spotting before AF for you :)

Good luck!
