implantation cramps or just very late period ???

Hi all I just wanted to know how many of you have received implantation cramps and if so how different to menstrual cramps are they its just that ive been woken up in the middle of the night by some uncomfortable cramping I normally have a 28 day cycle with 14 day Ov but haven't had Af yet no cramps or any of the usual symptoms I get I think I might have Ov a day or so late this month though but that would still put me 5dy late at the least I did test 10 dpo and it was negative but I thought it would be any way but im never late especially not this late I see my doc tomorrow but cant help thinking about the cramps I just got woken up by also I felt completely sick and not sure if I saw a tiny bit of pink when I wiped after peeing when just going to the loo (sorry if tmi) your view and information is very welcome what do you think it could be? Could I just be have a very very late period?
